School Council

Parents are essential participants of the Watsonia Heights Primary School council and help set key directions for the school.

Their three crucial roles are developing the Strategic Plan, Annual Implementation Plan, approving the Annual budget and setting and reviewing policies. Elections are held every year in February or March.

The School Council has the working Sub-Committees of Building and Grounds, Community Links (which also includes canteen and Parents Association), Finance and Education. 

The Watsonia Heights Primary School Community Links Sub -Committee are very active and run a variety of fund-raisers and events throughout the year, including Trivia Nights, Mother’s and Father’s Day stalls, students discos and much more!
